Connect to Lead: Building a Thriving Practice Starts with You

Leaders often put themselves last, as they care first for those they serve. As a result, we find ourselves sacrificing our own health and wellbeing, which has a ripple affect across our practice and every area of our lives. As medical practices look for every competitive advantage to move their business forward, research suggests that leadership development rooted in practical, people-first skills should be prioritized.

Building a thriving practice starts with each one of you, which is why we are excited to offer this opportunity to support, equip and empower you.

The NCMS Employee Benefit Plan invites you to join us for two days of transformational and actionable training focused on fostering future-ready leadership, fostering meaningful connections that drive wellbeing, and helping you and your practice flourish.
