Telemedicine (Teladoc)

Teladoc is a NCMS plan sponsored benefit that is integrated with your medical plan. Teladoc allows you to speak to a doctor or other healthcare provider over the phone or through video chat. You can use Teladoc to get medical advice, ask questions about your health, or even get a prescription for medication. Teladoc can be a convenient and accessible way to receive medical care, especially for people who have difficulty getting to a doctor’s office or who live in remote areas.

Acute Care

Non-emergency health issues like sinus problems, respiratory infections, allergies, flu symptoms, rashes and many other illnesses.

Behavioral Care

Mental Health services allow you to schedule a visit with a licensed therapist or to schedule an appointment with a board-certified psychiatrist for help managing medications or more serious diagnoses.
